Legal Excellence
After graduating with excellence in International Law at Belarusian State University, Irina began her career as a lawyer at VMP and Sorainen, two of the region's top law firms, specializing in intellectual property. Her work contributed to national blockchain and digital economy regulations, including projects in crypto-banking, taxation, and technology law. Recognized for academic excellence, she received multiple national awards — including the Presidential Fellowship for Talented Youth — and was a winner of the National Competition in Social Sciences and Economics.
International Scholarships
In 2018, she won 5 international scholarships — including the prestigious Visby Scholarship and Chevening Award — and completed her LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law at King's College London, graduating as one of the top scholars in her field.
C.Academy Founder
That same year, while doing her masters in London, Irina founded C.Academy, an international education platform helping students secure scholarships to top global universities. Within its first year, the company enrolled over 3,000 students and completed 300+ done-for-you programs, later expanding to 20+ countries with operations in Europe, Asia, and North Africa.
Global Expansion
Over the next three years, C.Academy with Irina as a CEO and sole founder expanded operations to 20+ countries, opened the company's first office in North Africa, and launched C.Career, connecting graduates to global job opportunities. She ran multiple large-scale conferences and educational initiatives that helped to build a community of 200,000+ followers across different platforms.
Mentorship & Coaching
By 2021, Irina joined ICF Coaching, shifting her focus toward entrepreneurship and business strategy. She went on to mentor more than 300 female founders during 2 years, helping them grow and systemize their businesses through marketing and mindset consulting.
Gems Agency Founder
In 2023, she founded Gems Agency, providing DFY marketing services and education programs for the ed-tech and consulting sectors. Under her leadership, the agency worked with over 300 clients, building high-converting funnels, creative campaigns, and content systems that drove measurable results.
MillionCopy Partnership
In 2024, Irina began collaborating with Raf Iervolino on joint projects, officially joining MillionCopy as Managing Partner and CEO in 2025.
