Raf Iervolino
Raf Iervolino is founder of Millioncopy.com and managing partner, marketing strategist, known for building one of the most results-driven consulting companies in the education and info-product industries. He is the creator of the ValueWriting™ Method — a proprietary system responsible for generating over €430 million in client revenue across 220+ successful launches in 127 industries.
Before becoming an entrepreneur, Raf built a successful career as a classical pianist, performing internationally and signing with major music labels. His early years in music taught him discipline, precision, and emotional storytelling — skills that later became the foundation of his marketing philosophy.
In 2020, during the global lockdown, Raf launched his first e-commerce venture, mastering SEO, paid traffic, and direct-response marketing. Shortly after, he joined Alfio Bardolla Training Group (ABTG S.p.A.), one of Europe's largest financial education companies listed on the Milan Stock Exchange, where he became one of the top three sales performers out of fifty representatives and helped set a new company sales record during one of its most profitable "Wake Up Call" events.
Later that year, he discovered his passion for marketing and copywriting. By the end of 2020, he made a bold move — sending proposals to entrepreneurs in the info-business space with a double refund guarantee if his materials didn't outperform theirs. The strategy succeeded, bringing his first clients and laying the foundation for MillionCopy.
In 2021, after building a strong client base, Raf moved to Dubai and joined AUGE International, one of Europe's largest education companies serving over 1 million students. Initially brought on to manage marketing and copywriting, he was soon promoted to CEO, managing a team of over 100 people. During his one-year leadership, he transformed the company's marketing systems, operations, and commercial performance.
In 2022, Raf officially founded MillionCopy, combining behavioral psychology, sales strategy, and storytelling into a single repeatable framework. The company rapidly expanded across Europe and the United States, becoming a strategic partner for experts, creators, and SMEs focused on scaling through scientific client acquisition and data-backed marketing systems.
In 2023, Raf's entrepreneurial journey expanded beyond marketing into technology and healthcare innovation. Dividing his time between Dubai and San Francisco, he founded a new AI-driven healthcare startup, built around proprietary technology designed to solve some of the sector's most pressing challenges. Within its first year, the project attracted major venture capital interest and achieved a multi-million-dollar valuation, marking Raf's entry into the frontier of applied AI and human well-being.
This new chapter represents the evolution of his mission — to build companies that create measurable value and lasting impact.
