After graduating with excellence in International Law at Belarusian State University in 2017, Irina began her career as a lawyer at VMP and Sorainen, two of the region's top law firms, specializing in intellectual property. Her work contributed to national blockchain and digital economy regulations, including projects in crypto-banking, taxation, and technology law. Recognized for academic excellence, she received multiple national awards — including the Presidential Fellowship for Talented Youth — and was a winner of the National Competition in Social Sciences and Economics.

In 2018, she won 5 international scholarships — including the prestigious Visby Scholarship and Chevening Award — and completed her LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law at King's College London, graduating as one of the top scholars in her field.

That same year, while doing her masters in London, Irina founded C.Academy, an international education platform helping students secure scholarships to top global universities. Within its first year, the company enrolled over 3,000 students and completed 300+ done-for-you programs, later expanding to 20+ countries with operations in Europe, Asia, and North Africa.
